The Reception is a ministry dedicated to reaching the hearts of those with special needs with the heart of Christ. We desire to provide support and encouragement to families and caregivers of those with special needs in an atmosphere of love and safety.

The Reception strives to recognize and encourage individual strengths and abilities while presenting and modeling biblical truths. Using communicative devices such as Big Macks, Picture Boards and Talkers, we follow a routine of fellowship, worship, modified Bible studies, scripture memorization, prayer and praise.

All ages are WELCOME at The Reception, if you or someone you know lives with special needs, please feel free to visit our class, and be blessed.

It is our prayer that we will have a Reception class at each service on both campuses. It is also our prayer to equip and train Sunday School teachers in receiving children with special needs into their own classrooms.

Exceptionally Made is a ministry dedicated to reaching the hearts of children with special needs by sharing the love of Jesus, and ministering to the parents/guardians. We desire to provide support and encouragement to families and caregivers of those with special needs in an atmosphere of love and safety. We provide a tailored class specifically for the children, offering Bible lessons, scripture memorization, worship, fellowship, and prayer.

This class offers a one-on-one (buddy) environment for each child, allowing them to have focused attention with their peers and interact with their buddy. We also have a “sensory” room to allow for times when the child needs to be in a quieter environment with less distraction.

Because Exceptionally Made is geared for 2nd through 5th grade and are provided a “buddy” we ask that you complete the Exceptionally Made Intake Form and bring it with you so we can better meet the needs of your child.
